The basics
What is MyCardBatch?
A tool for selling sports and Pokémon cards on eBay. You photograph your cards, AI reads each one, and MyCardBatch fills in the eBay listing: title, item specifics, condition, description and a suggested price. You review the cards, then list them straight to eBay or download a CSV.
Who is it for?
Anyone listing more than a handful of cards at a time: collectors clearing duplicates, people selling an inherited collection, breakers and part-time resellers. It's built for batches, from 10 cards to several hundred.
What cards does it support?
Sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, racing and more) and Pokémon cards, including Japanese Pokémon sets. Raw and graded cards both work.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, and most sellers use it on a phone. Shoot with the camera or pick photos from your library; fronts and backs are paired automatically.
Can I use it to manage my card inventory?
Yes. Every card you scan stays in your inventory whether it's listed or not. Search and filter by in stock, listed, sold or open offers, record which storage box each batch is in, print batch tags, bulk-edit prices and conditions, and see cost, sales and profit per batch.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
100 card uploads are free when you verify your email. After that, one-time packs: 250 uploads for $5, 500 for $9, 1,000 for $17 or 5,000 for $75. See pricing.
Is there a subscription?
No. Nothing renews and there's no monthly fee. You buy a pack only when you need more uploads, and unused uploads never expire.
What counts as a card upload?
One card. A front and back of the same card is one upload. Editing, rescanning, re-pricing, CSV export and listing don't use uploads.
Scanning and accuracy
How does it identify the set and parallel?
The AI reads the card, then MyCardBatch matches it against set checklists for thousands of sets, so the set name, card number and parallel come from the checklist rather than a guess. When a card can't be matched confidently, it's flagged for you to check.
Is the AI always right?
No tool is. That's why every batch goes through a review step: you see each card with its fields filled in and fix anything that's off before it lists. You're editing finished listings rather than typing them.
Does it handle graded cards?
Yes. It reads the grading company, grade and cert number from the slab label and sends them to eBay in the fields eBay uses for graded cards.
Pricing your cards
Where do the suggested prices come from?
From matching eBay listings for the same card: same parallel, grade, autograph and card number where it can tell. MyCardBatch takes the lower end of those, as a quick-sell price. These are current asking prices, not sold prices, so treat them as a starting point. You can also set one price for the whole batch, or raise or lower every price by a percentage.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Use one batch price, price cards individually, or use the suggestions. A price you set by hand is never overwritten.
eBay
Do I need an eBay account to start?
No. You can scan and review cards without connecting eBay. To list, either connect your eBay account or download a CSV for eBay's File Exchange upload.
Is connecting my eBay account safe?
Yes. You sign in on eBay's own page and eBay gives MyCardBatch permission to list for you through its official API. MyCardBatch never sees your eBay password, and you can disconnect at any time.
Which eBay countries are supported?
eBay US, Canada, UK, Germany, Ireland and Australia. Titles, item specifics and shipping follow each site's rules.
What does it do after I list?
It tracks offers, orders, shipping, buyer messages and what sold, with sales and profit reports. Auctions that end unsold can relist automatically.
Can I use my own descriptions?
Yes. Set up description templates for sports and Pokémon cards and every new card uses yours. See how to set up description templates.
