MyCardBatch vs. Card Dealer Pro
Card Dealer Pro and MyCardBatch both turn card scans into eBay listings and keep track of your inventory. Card Dealer Pro is a monthly subscription built around scanners and multi-marketplace selling; MyCardBatch is pay-as-you-go and built around eBay. Here's how they compare.
How you pay
Card Dealer Pro is a subscription with a monthly allowance of AI credits: Prospect $9 a month (500 credits, one marketplace), Majors $19 (1,100 credits, two marketplaces, custom title and description templates) and All-Star $59 (5,000 credits, three marketplaces). Paying yearly saves 16%. Prospect has a 7-day free trial that becomes a paid plan unless you cancel. (From Card Dealer Pro's site, October 2026. Check it for current prices.)
MyCardBatch has no subscription. The first 100 card uploads are free, then one-time packs: 250 for $5, 500 for $9, 1,000 for $17 or 5,000 for $75. Uploads never expire and every pack includes every feature, templates included. See pricing.
What that means in practice
- About 500 cards every month: similar cost, $9 a month against a $9 pack.
- Listing in bursts: packs cost less, because a month with no listing costs nothing.
- Description templates: on Card Dealer Pro they start at the $19 plan; on MyCardBatch every pack has them.

When Card Dealer Pro is the better fit
If you run cards through a feeder scanner at high volume, or sell on Whatnot, Shopify or CollX as well as eBay, Card Dealer Pro is built for that workflow.
When MyCardBatch is the better fit
If you sell sports and Pokémon cards on eBay, shoot them on your phone, or list in batches rather than every day, MyCardBatch costs nothing in quiet months and gives every feature in every pack. It also matches each card to its set checklist for the parallel and card number; see how MyCardBatch identifies parallels, numbered and graded cards.

Is Card Dealer Pro a subscription?
Yes. Plans are $9, $19 or $59 a month for 500, 1,100 or 5,000 AI credits, with 16% off for yearly billing, according to its site in October 2026.
Does MyCardBatch work with a card scanner?
Yes. Upload the scanner's image files on the upload page from a computer. If your scanner saves each card as a front then a back, turn on front + back pairs and they're matched up in order.
Which is cheaper?
At about 500 cards every month they cost about the same. If you list in bursts, MyCardBatch's packs cost less because quiet months are free, and its templates aren't limited to a higher tier.
