MyCardBatch vs. CardPilot
CardPilot and MyCardBatch both turn photos of cards into eBay listings in batches. CardPilot has a free monthly allowance and a $10 a month Pro plan; MyCardBatch is pay-as-you-go with no subscription. The bigger difference may be which cards each one is built for.
What each one covers
CardPilot's site lists Pokémon (English and Japanese), Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Digimon, Dragon Ball Super, Gundam and Riftbound, plus PSA, CGC and BGS graded slabs. Sports cards weren't among the games named on its homepage when we checked in October 2026. That may not be the whole picture, so if you sell baseball, basketball, football or hockey, ask CardPilot about sports support before you rely on it. (From cardpilot.app, October 2026.)
MyCardBatch is built for sports cards (baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, racing and more) and Pokémon, including Japanese sets, raw and graded.
How you pay
CardPilot: Free for 100 listings a month; Pro is $10 a month with no listing cap. Both include eBay publishing, CSV export and inventory tracking.
MyCardBatch: 100 card uploads free once, then one-time packs: 250 for $5, 500 for $9, 1,000 for $17 or 5,000 for $75. No subscription, and uploads never expire. See pricing.
To be straight about it: if you list under 100 cards every month, CardPilot's free tier costs nothing and ours runs out after the first 100. Above that, $10 a month for CardPilot Pro compares with about $2 to $9 a month of packs for 100 to 500 cards on MyCardBatch, and nothing in months you don't list.

Which to choose
If you sell card games beyond Pokémon, or list fewer than 100 cards a month, CardPilot is a good fit. If you sell sports cards, or sports and Pokémon together, MyCardBatch is built for exactly that, with set checklists for the parallels and numbered cards that carry the value.
Try it on your own cards
